NGO "MIG SREDETS" contract RDP 2014-2020
NGO "MIG Sredets" of 07.12.2015, the signed tripartite agreement № RD50-159 between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the State Fund "Agriculture" - Paying Agency to provide grants under sub-19.1 "Help preparatory 'measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the Programme for rural development 2014-2020
Local development under the LEADER approach in the period 2014 - 2020, HAVE called "Community-led local development" (CLLD). CLLD is carried out through integrated and multi-sectoral development strategies based on the characteristics of the territory and developed based on local needs and potential.
The main priorities and specific objectives of CLLD for the programming period 2014-2020 are:
- Promoting social inclusion and poverty reduction;
- An integrated approach to the environment by preserving and protecting the environment and promoting;
- Promoting innovation and putting them into practice;
- Promoting sustainable and quality jobs;
- Increasing the competitiveness of local economies and create opportunities for local business;
- Improving the quality of education and qualification of the population;
- Development and promotion of entrepreneurship and sustainable business;
- Development of dynamic living environment and improving quality of life through the development of horizontal and cross-sectoral partnerships and collaboration on initiatives of common interest;
- Development of practices and models of good governance and stakeholder participation in the development of the territory as a base for regional development;
- Development of territorial identity, marketing and brands based on specific territorial potentials and products of local character.
CLLD approach during the programming period 2014 - 2020, HAVE apply territorial principle at the municipality level or a group of neighboring municipalities.
Any strategy for community-led local development covers a territory with a population between 10,000 and 150,000 inhabitants.
Sub-measures under "Community-led local development" are:
19.1 Sub-measure "Help for preparatory activities";
19.2 Sub-measure "Implementation of operations within the strategies for community-led local development";
19.3 Sub-measure "Preparation and implementation of cooperation activities of local action groups"
