convene a regular session of the General Assembly at the following
AGENDA :
1. Adoption, amendment to the Statutes of the NGO «MIG Sredets";
2. Adoption of new members in the composition of the Collective supreme body (OS) of the NGO «MIG Sredets";
3. Consideration of deposit by NS "Probuda 1897" in the town. Sredets Decision with outgoing. №15 from 29.01.2016 g on changing the representation of NS "Probuda 1897" in the town. Sredets in the Collective supreme body (OS) of NGO "MIG SREDETS." Adoption of the decision to terminate the powers of the incumbent representative and acceptance of the new proposed representative NS "Probuda 1897" in the town. Sredets in the Collective supreme body (OS) of NGO "MIG SREDETS"
Determine the date of the regular session of the General Assembly of the Association - 27/04/2016, from 17.30 hours and venue: the town. Sredets municipality. Burgas, ul. "Lilyana Dimitrova" № 1, 2nd floor, conference hall of "MIG SREDETS."
If the quorum for conducting regular scheduled meeting, pursuant to art. 27 NPLEA and art. 27 para 1 of the Constitution, it shall be postponed by one hour later and will be held on 27.04.2016g., From 18.30 hours, venue: the town. Sredets municipality. Burgas, ul. "Lilyana Dimitrova" № 1, 2nd floor, boardroom LAG SREDEC, with the same agenda.
The written materials on the agenda of the scheduled meeting of the General Assembly are located in the office of the association in address management and are available to all members of the association, every working day from 09.30 to 16.30 hours where members of the association can become acquainted with the materials and certify by signing the receipt of this call via the Internet message.
